2. About Teewing Bikes NZ Teewing Bikes NZ is operated by Rogue HQ Limited (NZBN: 9429052006135), based in Papamoa Beach, Tauranga, New Zealand. We are the authorised New Zealand distributor of Teewing electric bikes.

3. Products and Availability

  • Product descriptions, specifications, and images are as accurate as possible but may contain minor variations
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice
  • All prices are in NZD and include GST unless otherwise stated
  • Availability is subject to stock levels

4. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
  • Payment must be received before dispatch
  • Accepted payment methods: credit card, debit card, Shop Pay, bank transfer, and deposit via our layby/deposit option
  • Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery
  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information
  • We ship to New Zealand addresses only
  • Shipping rates: North Island $120 NZD, South Island $190 NZD
  • Free pickup is available from 5/34 Gravatt Road, Papamoa Beach, Tauranga 3118

6. Returns and Refunds Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for full details. Returns must comply with our policy and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

  • Teewing bikes come with a manufacturer warranty as detailed in our Warranty Policy
  • Your consumer guarantee rights under New Zealand law are not affected by any warranty terms
  • Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
