Where We Ship Teewing Bikes NZ ships to all addresses within New Zealand only. We do not ship internationally.

Free pickup is available from our Papamoa location — see below.

Delivery Timeframes All in-stock items are dispatched within 5 business days of ordering. You will receive a dispatch notification and tracking number once your order has been sent.

Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• North Island: 2–4 business days
• South Island: 4–7 business days

Items are dispatched from Mount Maunganui. Rural delivery addresses may experience longer timeframes during peak periods.

How Your Bike is Delivered Your bike will arrive in a flat-pack box, approximately 80% assembled. Full assembly instructions are included. If you have any assembly questions, email us at info@teewingbikes.co.nz — we're available Monday to Friday.

Delivery to a Bike Store If you'd prefer a local bike store to complete assembly, enter the store's address in the shipping details at checkout and we'll deliver directly to them. Please arrange this with your chosen store before ordering, and confirm their assembly charge in advance. Assembly costs are the customer's responsibility.

Our Delivery Partner We deliver nationwide using Move Freight. All items are sent with tracking so your delivery can be monitored end to end. You will receive a tracking reference in your dispatch confirmation email.

Please provide a physical delivery address — we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Where possible, use a work or residential address where someone is available to receive the delivery.

Free Pickup — Papamoa Free pickup is available from our location at 5/34 Gravatt Road, Papamoa Beach, Tauranga 3118. Your bike will be fully assembled and ready to ride at collection. Please wait for a confirmation email before coming to collect.
